New Grad Boot Camp provides recent graduates with a better understanding of the optometric profession in British Columbia. The one-day seminar provides practical tools, information, and advice to ensure new ODs get the most out of their profession for years to come.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet other new graduates and colleagues as you start out in your profession. In addition to the course material provided by BCDO, breakfast will be supported by Alcon. There will also be a business & finance talk in the afternoon by the Financial Literacy Council to help you optimize your practice’s financial success.

This seminar is designed for those who have graduated during the last three years (2017–2019). Registration priority will be given to New Graduates.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Sessions begin at 9:00 am. To qualify for CE credits, registrants must please attend for the entire day. Attendees can earn up to 4.5 COPE Credits.
Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are provided.
