Member’s Only Site
As a Member of the BCDO, one of the benefits is having access to the Member’s Only Site (Member Portal). This section of the web site is to be accessed only by “Members” who have a legitimate user ID and password. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.
The BCDO does not pre-screen content that is posted by members, but shall have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, move or delete any content that is inappropriate or objectionable, at its sole discretion.
Members are prohibited from and agree not to store, distribute or transmit any text, data, images, programs, etc. that are illegal. Examples of material that is considered illegal include, but are not limited to; material that is threatening, coercive and/or harassing in nature, contain child pornography, and copyrighted, trademarked or other proprietary material used without proper authorization. In addition, programs containing viruses or Trojan horses and tools to compromise the security of other sites are strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, the storage, distribution or transmission of illegal material may result in the account holder(s) having criminal and/or civil charges brought up against them.
